Non-Diet Nutrition Counseling

Family Nutrition

Feeling stuck and unsure about how to best feed your family? Our RDs promote positive and nourishing eating patterns for the whole family. We equip parents, caregivers, and family members with support and strategies to foster eating that leads to body confidence and joyful eating. Sessions centered around family nutrition may include guidance on family meals, balanced eating, planning strategies, selective eating, raising competent eaters, and more.

Medical Nutrition Therapy for Overall Wellness

Perfect for the individual or family needing help with meal planning or seeking clarity in general nutrition, health/medical concerns, functional foods, product selection, supplements, food allergies, or physical activity. The possibilities are endless!

 
 
 

Our Registered Dietitians enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and often require coordination of care with family members, therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, trainers/coaches, etc.

Initial Appointment

Individual: $200 | Approximately 1 Hour, 15 minutes
Family: $300 | Approximately 1 Hour, 45 minutes

Includes an overall nutrition and lifestyle assessment (including health history, exploration of your relationship with food and body image, food preferences, health concerns, etc.), discussion of overall goals, answers to any questions you may have, and development of a nutrition care plan or "road map" tailored to your needs. You'll also spend some time getting to know your Registered Dietitian and what working together will look like.

Follow-Up Appointment

Individual: $150 | Approximately 55 minutes
Family: $150 | Approximately 55 minutes (Longer sessions available as needed.)

Follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to reflect on progress toward short-term goals, to work through barriers getting in the way of achieving your goals, and to provide additional tools and support that set you up for success. Each session will build upon previous sessions.

Supported/Coached Meals

$150 | Approximately 55 minutes

Encouragement and support is provided as individuals or families practice specific lifestyle and nutrition behaviors identified in nutrition counseling sessions. Supported meals may be held in the office or at a restaurant.

Grocery Store Tour

$150 (45 minutes - 1 Hour)

Looking to build your confidence in navigating the grocery store, or add greater variety and balance in your shopping cart? A grocery store tour is an interactive, fun way to receive practical guidance and hands-on nutrition education.
