Angie Wallick, MS, RDN, LDN, CEDS-C

Owner | Nutrition Therapist | Memphis, Tennessee Office + Virtual

Working 1:1 or in group settings with people who have a complicated relationship with food and their bodies is what Angie loves most. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients in their recovery journeys. Angie brings a variety of nutrition experiences, specialized training, and lots of compassion and curiosity into her work. She wants every client that she works with to feel safe and supported in sessions.

Angie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University of Memphis. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship at Kent State University. Angie believes that clinicians should be lifelong learners in a variety of different ways.

Angie’s specialty certifications include:

  • Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)

  • Certified Eating Disorder Specialist - Consultant (CEDS-C)

  • Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor

Angie has served on both local and state dietetic boards in the past. She has received awards such as the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Recognized Young Dietitian and Outstanding Dietitian of the Year awards.

As much as Angie enjoys being active with hiking, cycling, yoga, and gardening, she finds that stillness is equally essential for her to feel grounded in her body. Not only is self-care, boundary-setting, and knowing her limits important to Angie, she also feels that clinicians need to model these same actions for the clients with whom she works.

Angie is a dog mom to her Golden-doodle Wally who is very spoiled. Wally loves to snuggle, go for walks, receive belly rubs, and craves all the attention he can get from others. He is working toward better behavior skills so he can visit the MNG office more often.

Angie primarily works with adults and specializes in:

  • Eating Disorder Recovery

  • Intuitive Eating

  • Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS)
